Refund Policy

1. Broadband connectivity is subject to on-ground feasibility at the installation address – in case feasibility is not available charged amount will be reversed to the customer within 30 working days.
2.To get a refund of the security deposit within 7-10 Business days of the request of termination of service subject to adjustment of pending dues, if any.
3.We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. Payments refund will be made to the same account. Refund requests will be processed within a period of 7-10 Business days.
